Job Opportunity: Technical Assistant 2nd Grade

The Ministry of Tourism, Craft Industry, and Social and Solidarity Economy, through the State Secretariat in charge of Craft Industry and Social and Solidarity Economy, announces the opening of a competition to recruit three (03) technical assistants of 2nd grade. This position falls under the regular recruitment framework and represents an excellent opportunity to join the Moroccan public administration and contribute to the development of the craft industry and social and solidarity economy sector.

Competition Details

The competition is open to Moroccan nationals aged between 18 and 40 years, with the possibility of extending the maximum age limit to 45 years for civil servants with valid or correctable services for retirement purposes. A quota of 5% of the positions is reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, dependent of the nation, or former military personnel.

Required Specialties

The three positions are distributed across the following specialties:

  • Automotive mechanics or vehicle repair
  • Sewing

Application Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Hold a professional qualification certificate in the required specialty, issued by an authorized vocational training institution, or an equivalent diploma.
  • Possess a driving license of category "B" and "D" for candidates specializing in automotive mechanics or vehicle repair.
  • Submit the required documents via the dedicated electronic portal.

Competition Stages

The competition includes two main tests:

  • Written Test: Covers a subject or questions related to the required specialty or professional tasks associated with the position. Duration: 3 hours, coefficient 4.
  • Oral Test: The competition committee discusses various topics with the candidate or subjects them to a practical test in the required specialty, aiming to assess their ability to perform tasks related to the grade. Coefficient: 3.

Registration and submission of application files are done exclusively through the electronic portal: https://recrutement.artisanat.gov.ma. Candidates must fill out their information statement, specify the required specialty, and upload all mandatory documents. The deadline for submitting files is May 2, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Required Documents

Scanned copies of the following documents must be uploaded:

  • National identity card.
  • Professional qualification certificate in the required specialty.
  • Driving license of category "B" and "D" (for automotive mechanics specialists).
  • Registration card or certificate for resistance fighters, dependents of the nation, or former military personnel (if applicable).
  • Authorization to take the competition (for civil servants belonging to other public administrations).

Additional Information

Please note the following points:

  • The certificate of success is not considered, and any certificate not matching the required specialty is deemed invalid.
  • Files that do not meet legal requirements are kept without response.
  • Individuals who fail to provide their authorization to take the competition within the specified deadlines are removed from the list of successful candidates.
  • The lists of candidates admitted to take this competition are published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma and the ministry's website https://matess.gov.ma, and these lists serve as a summons to the written test.
