Job Opportunity as Tax Specialist at Morocco's National Motorway Company

The Société Nationale des Autoroutes du Maroc (ADM) is recruiting a Tax Specialist (Cadre Fiscaliste). Founded in June 1989, ADM is a private limited company with majority public ownership. Its core mission is to build, operate, and maintain the motorway network granted by the State. Currently, ADM manages a network of 1,800 kilometers of operational motorways.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will provide operational assistance in preparing and controlling all phases related to ADM's tax declarations. Duties include:

• Recording and updating all accounting entries from tax declarations in the ERP system.
• Analyzing state accounts and clearing deductible VAT recovery.
• Preparing necessary elements for tax declarations (VAT, corporate tax, income tax, withholding tax, stamp duties, etc.).
• Ensuring online submission of monthly and annual tax declarations and summary statements.
• Drafting responses to requests from the General Directorate of Taxes (DGI).
• Participating in tax monitoring and updating internal procedures according to CGI changes.
• Managing accounting and tax tracking of asset disposals and booking capital and profit allocation entries.
• Issuing and filing year-end output statements and maintaining legal books.
• Ensuring deadline compliance and producing tax reports.

Required Profile

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Bac+5 degree in accounting, taxation, or financial management from a public institution or equivalent.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting/taxation, gained in a company or accounting firm.
