Key Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate will undertake vital responsibilities including:

• Preparation of strategic notes, arbitration documents, and decision-making papers
• Contribution to structuring the group's strategic orientations
• Management and coordination of major structural projects
• Implementation of monitoring systems, evaluation frameworks, and performance indicators
• Risk identification and corrective action plan proposals
• Ensuring coordination between internal departments and external partners
• Contributing to the development of international strategic partnerships
• Participation in negotiations and funding structure development
• Organization of strategic meetings and institutional visits

Required Qualifications

The group requires the following qualifications:

• Degree from a major business school or equivalent (Master's level)
• Minimum 15 years experience in consulting, strategy, and complex project management
• Significant experience in energy and infrastructure sectors
• Proven experience in international and multi-stakeholder environments
• Good knowledge of the Moroccan institutional ecosystem
