Recruitment Competition for State Engineer 1st Grade – Settat Province

The Ministry of Interior – Settat Province – announces a recruitment competition for one (1) State Engineer 1st grade (scale 11) in Civil Engineering. This competition aims to select skilled professionals to strengthen the provincial technical services and contribute to local development projects.

Eligibility Criteria

The competition is open to Moroccan nationals holding a State Engineering degree or a recognized equivalent in the required specialty. Candidates must be between 18 and 45 years old, with age exemptions for persons with disabilities, former military personnel, and resistance fighters.

How to Apply

Registration is mandatory via the public employment portal: www.emploi-public.ma from May 15, 2026 to May 30, 2026 at 4:30 PM. The application must include a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national identity card, and a CV.

For foreign diplomas or those from private institutions, an equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin is required. Candidates who are civil servants must also submit an authorization from their employer.

Competition Exams

• Written exam: General topic or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) on the missions or functions of the position, or on the specialties of the Ministry of Interior. Duration: 3 hours.
• Oral exam: Interview to assess the candidate's ability to perform the duties of the grade. Only candidates with a score of at least 12/20 in the written exam are eligible for the oral exam.
