The Marrakech Safi Region is organizing a recruitment competition for a first-grade state engineer position, scale 11, specializing in knowledge and data engineering. This competition is organized according to decision number 1/5/2026 by the president of the Marrakech Safi Regional Council, aiming to recruit one engineer in this strategic specialty crucial in the digital transformation era.

Competition Details and Requirements

The competition will take place on March 15, 2026 in Marrakech. Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality
• Age between 18 and 45 years as of January 1 of the current year
• State engineer diploma in knowledge and data engineering, or equivalent qualification
• 9.25% of positions are reserved for former resistance fighters, war orphans, and former military personnel
• 9.67% of positions are allocated to persons with disabilities holding a disability card

• Candidate's curriculum vitae
• Copy of diploma in the required specialty
• Copy of national identity card
• Two stamped envelopes with candidate's name and address
• For civil servants: explicit administration approval

The deadline for submitting or receiving applications is February 27, 2026 at 4:30 PM. Any file received after this date or incomplete will be rejected.

Application files can be submitted by registered mail or directly at the document control and archive management service of the regional headquarters, located in the administrative district, Sidi Youssef Ben Ali, Marrakech, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Results Publication

The list of accepted candidates, competition date and location, and results will be published on the public employment website www.emploi-public.ma and on the portal of the General Directorate of Territorial Communities www.pnct.ma.
