The Ministry of Interior - Boulemane Province is organizing a recruitment competition for two first-grade state engineer positions specializing in territorial planning. This represents a golden opportunity for qualified Moroccan engineers to join the territorial administration and contribute to local development initiatives.

Competition Overview

The competition will take place on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at Missour Qualifying High School, with possible designation of additional centers if needed. Successful candidates will be appointed to permanent positions in Boulemane Province, where they will contribute to territorial policy development and improvement of citizens' quality of life.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Moroccan nationality
  • Age between 18 and 45 years as of January 6 of the current year
  • State engineering diploma in territorial planning from accredited national institutions or equivalent qualifications

Quota System

The ministry reserves 25% of positions for individuals with status as resistance fighters, nation's dependents, former military personnel, or combatants. Additionally, 7% of positions are reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card, reflecting the state's commitment to inclusion and equity.

Competition Stages

The competition consists of two main phases:

  • Written test: Includes a general topic or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to required tasks, Ministry of Interior competencies, or requested specialties
  • Oral test: Discussion with the jury on various topics, possibly including a practical test to assess the candidate's ability to perform functions related to the concerned grade
Candidates must obtain a minimum average of 12/20 in the written test to qualify for the oral examination.

Candidates must exclusively submit their applications through the public employment website (https://depot.emploi-public.ma/) from February 16, 2026 to March 6, 2026 at 4:30 PM.

Final results will also be published on this portal. The organizer reserves the right to exclude any candidate found not to meet required conditions and replace them with a candidate from the waiting list.
