State Engineer Recruitment Competition at ENSIAS – Mohammed V University, Rabat

The National School of Computer Science and Systems Analysis (ENSIAS), part of Mohammed V University in Rabat, has announced a recruitment competition for one (01) State Engineer position (First Grade) for the year 2026. This competition aims to strengthen expertise in software development. Written and oral exams are scheduled for July 19, 2026.

Eligibility Conditions

• Must be of Moroccan nationality.
• Age between 18 and 45 years as of January 1, 2026 (except for current civil servants).
• Hold a State Engineer degree from a recognized national school, institute, or university, or an equivalent diploma.

Required Specialization

Software Development (Développement informatique).

Exam Structure

• General Written Exam: On public policies or higher education and scientific research, in Arabic or French (4 hours, coefficient 5).
• Specialized Written Exam: On the required specialty (4 hours, coefficient 5).
• Oral Exam: Discussion with the jury on various topics (15 to 30 minutes, coefficient 3).

Candidates must achieve the required average in the written exams to qualify for the oral exam.

• Copy of baccalaureate certificate (if required).
• Authorization for civil servants.
• Authorization from the Head of Government for candidates exceeding the age limit.
• Document proving disability (if applicable).
• Document proving status as a former resistance fighter or ward of the nation.
