Competition Stages and Tests

The competition consists of three successive tests:

• Written Test: Focuses on a general subject or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the functions to be filled, the competencies of the Ministry of Interior, or the required specialties in civil engineering.
• Practical Test: Aims to evaluate the candidate's operational ability to perform tasks and functions associated with the concerned grade, emphasizing applied aspects in the civil engineering specialty.
• Oral Test: Only candidates who obtain a score of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible for this test.

All candidates must complete mandatory electronic registration via the public employment portal at: https://depot.emploi-public.ma, during the period from February 06 to February 20, 2026 at 16:30. The application must include a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national identity card, and a curriculum vitae.

For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, the equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin must be attached. Candidates already employed in public administrations must submit their participation request accompanied by the final approval from their administration responsible for human resources.

The written test will take place on Sunday, March 01, 2026 at Al Massira Al Khadra secondary school in Tantan, with the possibility of designating other centers later. The list of candidates admitted to take the competition will be published on the public employment portal, and this publication serves as an official summons.

After the tests conclude, the final results and waiting list will be published on the same portal. Candidates definitively admitted must provide their complete administrative files as required by regulations for appointment in the public service.
