Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will ensure the legal compliance of contracts and documents, manage disputes in the company's best interests, and oversee legal risk coverage. They will also represent SONACOS before local authorities, courts, and law firms.

Daily Activities

• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks
• Review and analyze contracts and legal documents
• Update the company's legal records (statutes, minutes)
• Handle litigation files and initiate judicial procedures
• Coordinate with lawyers and bailiffs
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments

Required Profile

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in law (preferably in private, corporate, or business law). Prior experience in a legal setting is desirable. Fluency in Arabic and French is mandatory, along with a valid driving license (Category B).
