Key Responsibilities

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ensuring efficient project execution from design to delivery and evaluation
• Contributing to the preparation, assembly and implementation of project agreements
• Participating in internal project and agreement evaluations
• Ensuring proper project design and implementation according to applicable standards and regulations
• Managing direct interface with institutional partners and company service providers
• Developing terms of reference based on thorough investigations
• Participating in compliance with regulatory procedures for contract awarding
• Ensuring rigorous monitoring of administrative, technical and accounting aspects of projects
• Providing systematic reporting to the General Management and Implementation Directorate
• Guaranteeing project delivery according to contractual availability and operation standards

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum Bac+5 level degree (engineering diploma from a major engineering school)
• Specialization in Civil Engineering/Construction ideally preferred
• Minimum 10 years confirmed experience including 6 years in direct supervision and management of major infrastructure works
• Mastery of procedures and technical aspects for infrastructure project execution
• Proficiency in drawing processing and project management software (AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Covadis, Revit, MS Project)
• Experience in a leadership position is advantageous
• Good knowledge of the MOD ecosystem
• Ability to adapt to corporate culture
