Recruitment of a Secretary General for the Administration Reform Sector

The Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, represented by the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, announces the opening of applications for the position of Secretary General of the Administration Reform Sector. This announcement is made in accordance with the Constitution and Organic Law No. 02.12 relating to appointments to senior positions.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Be a Moroccan national.
  • Hold a degree allowing classification at grade 11 or equivalent, or a recognized equivalent degree according to current regulations.
  • Have at least 15 years of professional experience in the public or private sector, enabling them to perform the duties of the position.
  • Have held supervisory, monitoring, and coordination responsibilities for at least 5 years during their career.
  • Have thorough knowledge of government policy in the areas of civil service and administrative reform.
  • Possess the qualifications, skills, and analytical and decision-making abilities that match the requirements of the position.

Application File Components

The application file must include the following documents:

  • The official standard form (to be downloaded from the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma or the ministry's website).
  • A motivation letter explaining the candidate's interest in the position.
  • An updated curriculum vitae (CV) with a photograph, phone number, and email address.
  • A proposed project outlining the candidate's personal vision for managing and developing the General Secretariat of the Administration Reform Sector.
  • Certified copies of university degrees, along with an equivalence decision for foreign degrees.
  • Copies of documents proving the experience, skills, and qualifications mentioned in the application.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted to the office of the Minister against a receipt, no later than May 11, 2026, at 4:30 PM. A complete copy of the application must also be sent by email to emploi-sup-SG@mmsp.gov.ma within the same deadline.

Selection Committee and Interviews

A committee will be formed to review applications, conduct initial screening, and hold selection interviews. The interview date will be announced later.
