Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Risk Manager will be responsible for a range of vital functions that ensure smooth and effective operations:

• Monitoring and developing internal procedures to verify process implementation and compliance with internal standards and regulatory obligations.
• Risk assessment and mapping through participation in identifying operational risks and developing control plans.
• Conducting control missions including process reviews, internal audits, and targeted investigations.
• Providing recommendations and corrective action plans to address gaps and enhance operational efficiency.
• Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying control weaknesses and proposing sustainable optimizations.
• Delivering training and awareness programs to help teams understand compliance requirements and risk management principles.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree plus five years of higher education in audit, internal control, risk management, finance, or management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar functions such as risk management, audit, compliance, or internal control.
