Call for Applications for Responsibility Positions at Berrechid Province

The President of the Provincial Council of Berrechid announces the opening of applications for two vacant responsibility positions within the council's administration, pursuant to Decision No. 558 of April 2, 2025. This initiative is part of the implementation of Organic Law No. 112.14 on prefectures and provinces, and Decree No. 2.11.681 on the appointment of division and department heads in public administrations.

• Financial Affairs and Property Service
• Rural Tracks, School Transport, and Territory Rehabilitation Service

Eligibility Criteria

The call is open to permanent civil servants and contractual staff belonging to the budget of the Provincial Council of Berrechid, meeting the following conditions:

• Be ranked at least as a Principal Inspector of the 2nd grade or as a State Engineer, or in a grade with an equivalent index.
• Hold a degree or diploma allowing access to the grade of Principal Inspector of the 3rd grade or equivalent.
• Have at least six years of service as a permanent employee, or three years for contractual staff.

Employees currently serving as department heads may also apply. In case of service necessity, an exception may be granted to employees ranked as Principal Inspector of the 3rd grade or equivalent, provided they have at least 15 years of actual service, including at least four years in the mentioned grade.

Application File

The application file must include the following documents:

• An application letter with a passport photo, accompanied by the approval of the direct supervisor and their opinion on the candidate's competence.
• An updated CV detailing qualifications, professional background, and previous positions held.
• A work plan and methodology proposed to improve the performance of the Provincial Council of Berrechid's administration.
• The appointment decision in the current cadre, if available.
• The appointment decision in a responsibility position, if available.

Submission and Deadline

Applications must be submitted in duplicate to the registry of the Provincial Council of Berrechid during official working hours, no later than May 21, 2026, at 4:30 PM. After the deadline, the administration will announce the date and location of the selection interview through official communication channels.

Selection Committee

A committee established by decision of the President of the Provincial Council of Berrechid will handle the selection of eligible applications and conduct the interviews. This decision is published on www.emploi-public.ma and on the website of the General Directorate of Territorial Communities, and posted at the Council's headquarters.
