Reopening of Applications for Head of Cultural Affairs Service

The Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication – Department of Culture announces the reopening of applications for the position of Head of Cultural Affairs at the Regional Directorate of Culture in the Oriental region. This initiative aims to strengthen regional cultural administration and implement administrative decentralization.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be civil servants or contractual agents working in various state administrations or territorial communities, meeting the regulatory conditions stipulated in Decree No. 2.11.681 of November 25, 2011, particularly paragraph 2 of Article 6. The position requires competencies in administrative and cultural management, as well as experience in cultural affairs.

• Motivation letter in four copies explaining the reasons for applying.
• Curriculum vitae in four copies detailing qualifications and career path.
• Integrated action plan in four copies outlining the work program and methodology proposed for managing and developing the administrative unit.
• Opinion of the direct supervisor on the professional competence of the candidate, in a sealed confidential envelope.
• Authorization from the employing administration for candidates not belonging to the culture sector.
• Digital version of the application file in PDF format on a CD.

Submission Process

Complete application files must be sent to the secretariat of the Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs before August 3, 2026, at 4:30 PM. After reviewing applications, the list of candidates accepted for selective interviews will be announced, and the date and place of the interviews will be determined later.
