Reopened Call for Applications: Head of Research and Doctoral Service at FSJES Ain Sebaa

The Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences (FSJES) Ain Sebaa, part of Hassan II University of Casablanca, is pleased to announce the reopening of applications for the position of Head of the Research and Doctoral Service. This initiative aims to strengthen the administrative structure of the faculty and ensure smooth and efficient operations, in accordance with the Dahir and relevant regulatory texts.

Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a permanent civil servant or contractual agent of Hassan II University of Casablanca or of state administrations and local authorities.
  • Hold at least the grade of Secretary of Administration 2nd class, or State Engineer, or an equivalent grade.
  • Possess a degree or diploma allowing access to the grade of Secretary of Administration 3rd class or equivalent.
  • Have at least two (2) years of seniority as a permanent employee.

Employees already serving as Head of Service at the time of the vacancy announcement may also apply, subject to the above conditions. In exceptional cases justified by the needs of the service, employees holding the grade of Secretary of Administration 3rd class or equivalent, with at least 15 years of actual service, including 4 years in that grade, may also apply.

Required Documents

The application file must include:

  • A cover letter addressed to the Dean of the faculty.
  • The application form downloadable from www.emploi-public.ma, the university website www.univh2c.ma, or the faculty website https://fsjesas.univh2c.ma, containing:
  • A CV highlighting qualifications, career path, and previous responsibilities.
  • A work plan and methodology proposed for managing, developing, and improving the service's performance.
  • Approval from the candidate's administration, including the direct supervisor's assessment of their competence (evaluation form).
  • Documents proving eligibility (recruitment decision, latest administrative status decision, copies of certificates and diplomas).

Submission Procedure

Applications must be submitted in five (5) copies, against a receipt, in a sealed large envelope bearing the candidate's name, ID number, and the mention 'Application for the position of Head of Service (service name)' at the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences Ain Sebaa. The deadline for submission is July 24, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Selection Process

After submission, the Dean's office will preselect applications through a dedicated committee. The list of shortlisted candidates for interviews, along with the date and venue, will be published on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma), the university website, and the faculty website.
