Job Duties

The Regional Delegate represents the agency locally, coordinates literacy programs, supervises field teams, and ensures the implementation of national strategies in the province. The role requires strong communication, planning, and resource management skills.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must satisfy one of the following:

• Be at least in grade 2 manager or state engineer, or equivalent, with at least 2 years of actual service by July 7, 2026.
• Or be at least in grade 3 manager or equivalent, with at least 5 years of actual service by July 7, 2026.

Additionally, candidates must obtain approval from their home administration for a detachment if selected, and apply for only one position.

• Certified copy of the required diploma.
• Work certificates proving the required years of service.
