The National Agency for the Fight against Illiteracy (ANLCA) announces a call for applications for the position of Regional Delegate in Boujdour. This position aims to strengthen the agency's field presence and coordinate literacy programs at the regional level.

Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must meet one of the following two conditions:

• Be ranked at least as a manager of the 2nd grade or engineer cadre or equivalent, holding a diploma allowing access to this grade, with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Be ranked at least as a manager of the 3rd grade or equivalent, holding a diploma allowing access to this grade, with at least 5 years of professional experience.

Additionally, each candidate may apply for only one position. Candidates from outside the agency must obtain approval from their original administration for secondment.

The application file must include:

• Approval from the competent administration for secondment (for external candidates).
• A completed and certified application form via the public employment portal.
• One certified copy of the required diploma.
• Work certificate(s) proving the required years of service.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted electronically via the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma), or in paper format to the registry office of ANLCA in Rabat (1 intersection of Rue Oqba and Rue Oued Ziz, Agdal). The deadline for submission is July 24, 2026, at 4:30 PM.
