The National Agency for the Fight against Illiteracy (ANLCA) announces a call for applications for the position of Regional Delegate in Jerada, per the Director's decision No. 1%/2026. This role is key to implementing literacy programs at the provincial level.

Key Responsibilities

The Regional Delegate oversees and coordinates literacy activities in Jerada province, including:

• Supervising field teams.
• Preparing progress reports.
• Liaising with local authorities and partners.
• Assessing beneficiary needs.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet one of the following:

• Be at least at the grade of Manager 2nd class or Engineer, with a diploma qualifying for Manager 3rd class, and have at least 2 years of effective service.
• Or be at the grade of Manager 3rd class or equivalent, with at least 5 years of effective service.

Applicants must be civil servants from state administrations, local authorities, or public institutions.
