Call for Applications for Regional Delegate at the National Agency for Literacy

The National Agency for Literacy (ANLCA) announces a call for applications for the position of Regional Delegate in Tata, as per the director's decision No. ANLCA/2026/2M. This initiative aims to strengthen the agency's provincial presence and enhance the effectiveness of its literacy programs.

Position Details

• Number of positions: 1 position.
• Location: Tata Province.
• Required grade: Attaché of 2nd or 3rd grade, or equivalent (State Engineer, etc.).

Responsibilities

The regional delegate will coordinate and implement literacy programs at the provincial level, supervise field teams, and ensure the achievement of objectives. Duties also include preparing periodic reports and liaising with local partners.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Be a permanent civil servant holding the grade of Attaché of 2nd or 3rd grade, or an equivalent position.
• Hold a degree or diploma allowing access to the grade of Attaché of 3rd grade or equivalent.
• Have at least 2 years (for 2nd grade) or 5 years (for 3rd grade) of actual service in state administrations, local communities, or public institutions.
• For external candidates, obtain approval from the original administration for secondment.
