The Regional Investment Centre (CRI) of Béni Mellal Khénifra region announces a recruitment competition for the position of Senior IT Development Officer (Cadre chargé de développement SI). This role is crucial for driving the digital transformation of the centre and enhancing services for investors.

Key Responsibilities

The position reports to the Head of Digital Transformation Service, under the Digitalization and Information Systems Division. Main tasks include:

• Participating in the design and deployment of digital transformation projects.
• Analyzing business processes and proposing digital simplification solutions.
• Gathering and analyzing user and business needs.
• Contributing to the simplification and digitalization of administrative procedures.
• Ensuring operational project follow-up and respect of deadlines and deliverables.
• Drafting specifications, procedures, and technical/functional documentation.
• Participating in the administration, operation, and maintenance of systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Ensuring availability, performance, and continuity of digital services.
• Managing incidents and support requests.
• Implementing cybersecurity and data protection measures.
• Developing and administering the Geographic Information System (GIS) of the CRI.
• Managing spatial databases and map servers.
• Producing maps and disseminating geographic data (web mapping).
• Conducting spatial analyses to support decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Bac+5 degree (Master's level) in Information Systems, Geographic Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of professional experience, including experience in managing information systems, GIS, and digitalization projects within an organization with a structured IT system.
