Candidate Profile

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Maximum age: 35 years old at the application deadline.
• Education: At least a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a state engineering school in Computer Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Cybersecurity Engineer, Cybersecurity Consultant, or similar role.

Main Responsibilities

The RSSI defines, implements, and drives the cybersecurity strategy of the Port Authority, covering IT and OT systems. Key duties include protecting digital and industrial assets, ensuring business continuity of critical port operations, and ensuring compliance with Moroccan cybersecurity laws and regulations.

Required Skills

• Cyber risk analysis and management, especially in critical or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of network and system security architectures (firewalls, segmentation, access management, monitoring).
• Incident response coordination and remediation planning.
• Experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans (PCA/PRA).
• Security audit and regulatory compliance skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
