The Solidarity Fund against Catastrophic Events (FSEC) has announced a recruitment competition for the position of Director of the Risks and Resilience Pole. This decision, referenced n° 03/RH/2026 dated July 20, 2026, aims to strengthen the fund's senior management to better address natural disaster risks and enhance resilience.
This is a senior management position open to external candidates and FSEC staff. Candidates must hold a higher education diploma of at least bac+5 (Doctorate, Engineering degree, or equivalent) and have at least 12 years of professional experience, including 5 years in conducting vulnerability studies of exposed assets. The recruitment will be under contract.

A committee appointed by the FSEC Director will review applications and conduct interviews with eligible candidates. Shortlisted candidates will be notified by email.
The Solidarity Fund against Catastrophic Events is a public institution established by Law No. 110-14. It is responsible for covering the consequences of catastrophic events and promoting risk resilience in Morocco.
