Recruitment of an Expert in Economics at the Economic, Social and Environmental Council

The Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CESE) announces the opening of a recruitment competition for the position of Expert in Economics, under the decision of the President of the Council No. 42 of August 30, 2024. This recruitment aims to attract high-level expertise to support the Council's advisory role.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Hold a higher education diploma of at least Bac+5 in Economics from a recognized public or private institution, in Morocco or abroad.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• Enjoy civil rights and not have a criminal conviction.
• Not have previously benefited from voluntary departure compensation, or have repaid the amounts.

Applications must be submitted electronically via the public employment portal emploi-public.ma before May 22, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Required documents:

• Application letter.
• Curriculum Vitae.
• Application form downloaded from the platform or the Council's website, with a recent photo.
• Copies of diplomas.
• National identity card.
• Work certificates proving experience.
• Authorization from the head of administration for civil servants.

The written exam will take place on June 2, 2026. Incomplete or non-compliant applications will be rejected.

Job Responsibilities

The expert in economics will be responsible for conducting economic studies, analyzing public policies, and providing recommendations on sustainable development issues. The role includes contributing to the Council's reports on economic and social reforms.
