Recruitment Competition for 21 Technicians Grade 3 (Scale 9) at ORMV Al Haouz

The Regional Office for Agricultural Development of Al Haouz (ORMV Al Haouz) announces a recruitment competition to fill 21 positions of Technician Grade 3 (Scale 9). This is a great opportunity for skilled professionals in agriculture, water management, IT, and civil engineering to join a leading public institution.

Required Specialties

Positions are distributed as follows:

• Rural Engineering, Water Management, Rural Hydraulics and Irrigation, Environment and Water Techniques: 10 positions (Marrakech 4, El Kelâa des Sraghna 3, Haouz El Ouest 3).
• Horticulture, Marketing of Agricultural Inputs, Technical-Commercial in Horticultural Production: 6 positions (Haouz El Ouest 3, El Kelâa des Sraghna 3).
• Agricultural Business Management: 1 position in Marrakech.
• Mechanics (Diagnostics and Embedded Electronics): 1 position in Marrakech.
• Computer Network Techniques or Computer Systems and Networks: 1 position in Marrakech.
• Structural Works, Buildings or Civil Engineering: 1 position in Marrakech.
• Electromechanics: 1 position in El Kelâa des Sraghna.

Eligibility Criteria

The competition is open to candidates aged 18 to 40 (age limit may be extended for civil servants). Applicants must hold a specialized technician diploma in one of the above specialties from an accredited vocational training institution in accordance with Decree No. 2.86.325.

• Paper dossier: Send a large envelope marked "Concours n°03/2026 category Technician Grade 3" by registered mail to: Office Régional de Mise en Valeur Agricole du Haouz, P.O. Box 2411, Marrakech.

Exam Structure

The competition includes written and oral tests:

• Written specialty test: 3 hours, coefficient 3.
• Written general knowledge test: 2 hours, coefficient 2.
• Oral interview: 15-minute discussion with the jury, coefficient 4.

Results Announcement

The list of candidates admitted to the written exams will be published on www.emploi-public.ma. The list of candidates eligible for the oral exam and its location will also be posted on the same portal. This announcement serves as a convocation.
