Recruitment Competition for 20 Technicians (Grade 4) at the Ministry of Health and Social Protection

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection announces a recruitment competition to fill 20 positions of Technician Grade 4 (Scale 8), to be assigned to the ministry's administrative departments and hospital institutions. The competition is open to Moroccan nationals aged between 18 and 40 years as of January 1st of the current year, with possible extension of the age limit for civil or military service periods.

Required Specialties

The positions are distributed as follows:

• Technician (general specialty)

25% of the positions are reserved for candidates who are resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, or veterans, and 7% for persons with disabilities.

Eligibility Conditions

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age: at least 18 and at most 40 years (with possible extension).
• Hold a technician diploma from a vocational training institution or an equivalent recognized diploma.

Competition Centers

The competition will be held in the following centers: Rabat, Casablanca, Fez, Tetouan, Oujda, Marrakech, Agadir, Guelmim, Errachidia, Laayoune, and Dakhla. Additional centers may be added if needed.

Nature of Tests

The competition consists of written and oral tests:

Written Tests:

1. Specialty test (level of Technician Grade 4).
2. General test in analysis and translation: analyze a text in Arabic or French and translate the summary into the other language.

Each written test is scored from 0 to 20. A score below 5/20 is eliminatory.

Oral Test:

Covers general culture and the specialty, lasting at least 15 minutes. Only candidates with an average of at least 12/20 in the written tests (with no eliminatory score) are eligible.

Candidates are declared successful if they achieve an overall average of at least 12/20 in both written and oral tests, within the limit of available positions.

Application Procedure

Applications must be submitted in two mandatory steps:

1. Online registration: Fill in the information form on the ministry's website drh.sante.gov.ma by Tuesday, July 14, 2026.
2. Upload application file: Upload the required documents on the same platform by Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Required Documents:

• Copy of the required diploma or equivalence certificate.
• Copy of the national electronic identity card.
• Copy of registration in the list of persons with disabilities (if applicable).
• Certified true copy of proof of status as a resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or veteran (if applicable).
• Authorization to take the competition for employed candidates and hospital staff.

Note: Any incomplete file or submitted after the deadline will be rejected.

Lists of Admitted Candidates

The lists of candidates admitted to the competition are published on the ministry's website www.sante.gov.ma and serve as convocation two days after publication.
