The National Ports Agency (ANP) announces a competitive recruitment process for twenty (20) Port Agency Agents classified as 'Mastery' category, to be stationed in ports of the Oriental region. This initiative aims to strengthen the agency's workforce to ensure efficient port management and maritime safety.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduate of a public maritime fisheries institution.
  • Holder of a Fishing Skipper's Certificate or a Fishing Lieutenant Diploma.
  • Minimum navigation months required for the certificate.
  • Maximum age: 40 years by December 31, 2026.
  • Moroccan nationality.

Job Responsibilities

Port Agency Agents are responsible for:

  • Monitoring vessel and cargo entry and exit.
  • Ensuring compliance with maritime regulations.
  • Participating in rescue and safety operations.
  • Coordinating with various port services.
