Job Opening: Executive Positions at the National Fisheries Office (ONP) in TanTan and Dakhla

The National Fisheries Office (Office National des Pêches – ONP) is pleased to announce a recruitment competition to fill two (02) executive positions at its delegations in TanTan and Dakhla. This initiative aims to strengthen regional teams and enhance services to the fishing industry professionals.

Eligibility Requirements

• Moroccan nationality.
• Under 40 years of age as of December 31, 2026.
• Hold a Bac+5 degree (Master's or equivalent) in one of the following fields: Maritime Fisheries, Fisheries Sciences, Aquaculture.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Delegate, the selected executive will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the implementation of the action plan related to the exploitation strategy of fishery product marketing spaces.
• Regularly monitoring the achievement of objectives using relevant indicators and proposing necessary adjustments.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures, particularly in the fight against illegal fishing.
• Assisting ONP clients in fish marketing and supporting the development of the profession.
• Contributing to the establishment of consultation mechanisms and listening to client needs.
• Participating in the implementation and compliance of marketing procedures within fish markets and CAPI.
• Ensuring compliance with service quality standards as well as sanitary and hygiene requirements.
• Optimizing and monitoring the exploitation process, especially regarding the marketing management of seafood (fresh and industrial fish).
• Adapting and deploying equipment management procedures to assist users in their proper use.
• Monitoring the services of subcontractors (cleaning, security, handling, etc.).
• Updating client information in the information system.
• Ensuring the security of documents and data related to the position.
