Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Moroccan nationality
• Aged between 18 and 40 as of January 1, 2026
• Hold a specialized technician diploma in civil engineering from an accredited institution, or an equivalent diploma

Quotas for Resistance Members and Persons with Disabilities

A quota of 25% of positions is reserved for resistance members, wards of the nation, former military and former combatants, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.

Exam Structure

The competition consists of two tests:

1. Written test: Duration 3 hours, coefficient 2. It covers a general topic or questions related to the specialty and job duties. May be in multiple-choice format. Score out of 20, eliminatory if below 10/20.
2. Oral test: Duration 15 minutes, coefficient 1. Interview with the panel on general knowledge and specialty. Score out of 20, eliminatory if below 10/20.
