Recruitment of Technicians (3rd Grade, Scale 9) at the Ministry of Interior

The Ministry of Interior - Directorate of Skills Development and Digital Transformation - announces a recruitment competition for the training cycle of specialized technicians in communal hygiene (specialty: hygiene and health preservation in territorial communities) for the year 2026. The number of positions is 140, on pay scale 9.

Eligibility Criteria

The competition is open to candidates aged 35 maximum on the day of the exam, holding a baccalaureate in scientific or technical fields, or a technician diploma in a similar specialty. 10% of seats are reserved for candidates with a baccalaureate or technician diploma and professional experience.

Required Documents

• Copy of the baccalaureate certificate or technician diploma.
• Copy of the transcript of records for the baccalaureate or technician training cycle.
• Copy (front and back) of the national electronic identity card.
• Handwritten application for participation (for civil servants, through hierarchical channels).

How to Apply

Registration is exclusively online via the national public employment portal: https://depot.emploi-public.ma/, from May 14, 2026, to May 28, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Each electronically completed form is final and cannot be modified.

Exam Details

Written exam (coefficient 3): 3 hours, includes questions in life and earth sciences (in Arabic or French), and questions in Arabic and French.

Oral exam (coefficient 2): An interview with the committee discussing various topics in Arabic and French.

Additional Information

The training lasts two years as an external program at the technician training institutes under the Ministry of Interior. The final list of successful candidates will be published on www.emploi-public.ma. Incomplete or contradictory files will be rejected.
