Recruitment of 12 Administrators Grade 2 in Finance and Accounting at the National Agency for Public Equipment (ANEP)

The National Agency for Public Equipment (ANEP) announces a competitive recruitment for twelve (12) positions of Administrator 2nd Grade, Scale 11, specializing in Finance and Accounting. Selected candidates will be assigned to central and regional services based on agency needs.

Eligibility Conditions

• Moroccan nationality
• Aged between 18 and 45 on January 1, 2026
• Hold a postgraduate diploma (DESA, DESS, Master, specialized Master) or equivalent recognized diploma in finance or accounting

Job Duties

The Administrator 2nd Grade oversees financial and accounting operations within the agency.

Competition Exams

The competition consists of two written exams and one oral exam:

• General Written Exam: Summary and commentary of a text, partial translation. Duration: 3 hours, coefficient 2.
• Specialty Written Exam: Questions on finance, accounting, and professional skills. Duration: 2 hours, coefficient 2.
• Oral Exam: Interview with the jury. Duration: 15 minutes.

Each exam is graded from 0 to 20; any grade below 10 is eliminatory.

• Copy of the diploma or equivalence decision
• Certificate from the institution confirming the finance/accounting specialization (if not clearly stated in the diploma)
