Al Omrane Group, a strategic public development holding, announces the recruitment of four (04) Project Managers for its subsidiary Al Omrane Tangier Tetouan Al Hoceima. This initiative aims to strengthen the team's capacity to deliver on ambitious housing and territorial development programs.

Job Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing projects in terms of planning, milestones, progress, and delivery in compliance with specifications and contractual obligations.
• Ensuring coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing relationships with institutional partners (first level).
• Participating in feasibility studies and defining project concepts.
• Monitoring administrative procedures for permits and compliance certificates.
• Optimizing, reviewing, and validating architectural and technical studies (APS & APD).
• Organizing and leading kick-off meetings, site progress meetings, and work acceptance.
• Monitoring project financials and updating expenditures.

Required Profile

• Education: State Engineer degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Bridges & Roads, Building, Public Works, or Hydraulics.
• Experience: Initial experience as an engineer in a technical field (civil engineering and/or construction) is desirable.
• Geographic mobility required.
• Technical skills: Mastery of regulatory procedures in the real estate sector, project management techniques, and technical software (AutoCAD, SAP, etc.).
• Behavioral skills: Commitment, teamwork, innovation, customer satisfaction orientation, autonomy in problem-solving.
