Key Responsibilities

The Property Management Head will be responsible for:

• Ensuring timely and complete transmission of portfolios to collectors and updating them.
• Managing rent billing, receipt collection, and property transfers.
• Protecting properties from deterioration, unauthorized occupation, or exploitation.
• Optimizing cost management.
• Leading and managing a team.
• Providing quality customer service and maintaining office standards.

Required Profile

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) in Management or Business (university or business school).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role or as a commercial manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Autonomous, organized, and customer-focused personality.
• Fluency in Arabic and French, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
