Introduction

The Ministry Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Relations with Parliament, Official Spokesperson of the Government, announces a call for applications for the position of Director of Civil Society Relations. This is a unique opportunity for senior professionals to contribute to strengthening the dialogue between government institutions and civil society organizations.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Hold Moroccan nationality.
  • Hold a higher education degree allowing classification at least at scale 11 or equivalent, or a state engineering diploma, or a recognized equivalent diploma.
  • Have at least 15 years of professional experience in fields related to the position, within public administrations, institutions, public enterprises, or the private sector.
  • Be classified at least at scale 11 of the civil service or an equivalent grade.
  • Have held positions of responsibility, including the position of division head for at least 3 years.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of civil society relations, consultation mechanisms, and the development of partnerships and contractual programs.
  • Have the high qualifications and skills required to perform the duties of the position.

Job Duties

The Director of Civil Society Relations will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing the ministry's policy regarding civil society relations.
  • Supervising consultation and dialogue mechanisms with civil society organizations.
  • Preparing and executing partnerships and contractual programs with associative actors.
  • Coordinating efforts across various administrations to promote citizen participation.
  • Producing reports and studies on the status and evolution of civil society.
