Recruitment Exam for Technician 4th Grade at Ighrem N'Ougdal Commune

The President of the Council of Ighrem N'Ougdal Commune announces the organization of a recruitment exam for Technician 4th Grade (scale 8) for the year 2026, in accordance with Decree No. 2.77.738 and applicable legal texts. This exam aims to select young talents to work within the commune, located in the Amerzgane Circle, Ouarzazate Province.

Number of Positions and Specialties

Two (2) positions are open in the grade of Technician 4th Grade, distributed as follows:

• IT Development, Information Systems, Networks, or Maintenance: 1 position.
• Urban Planning and Construction: 1 position.

Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 40 years as of January 1, 2026 (extension possible up to 45 years for those with prior service).
• Hold a Technician diploma issued by vocational training institutions established under Decree No. 2.86.5, or an equivalent recognized diploma.

Application File

The application file must include the following documents:

• A signed handwritten request with full name, address, phone number, email, and desired specialty.
• A copy of the diploma in the required specialty (certificates of completion are not accepted).
• A copy of the national identity card.
• A curriculum vitae with a recent photo.
• Authorization from the employing administration for civil servants.
• A certificate proving status as a resistance fighter, ward of the nation, or former military (if applicable).
• A certificate of registration on the list of persons with disabilities (if applicable).

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted to the commune's registry office against a receipt, or sent by registered mail to: Ighrem N'Ougdal Commune Headquarters, Amerzgane Circle, Ouarzazate Province, starting from the publication date of this decision until Friday, June 12, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Exam Date

The exam will take place on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Ighrem N'Ougdal Community School or other institutions if necessary.

Lists and Results

The list of accepted candidates and exam results will be published on www.emploi-public.ma, the portal of the General Directorate of Local Authorities, and the commune's electronic portals.
