Details of the recruitment exam for 4th grade technician at Ait Zineb Commune

The commune of Ait Zineb, located in the province of Ouarzazate, announces the organization of a recruitment exam for the position of 4th grade technician (scale 8) with 2 positions available for the fiscal year 2026. This exam aims to strengthen local human resources in the fields of IT development, network maintenance, and building and urban planning.

Required specialties

The positions are distributed as follows:

• 1 position in Building and urban planning.
• 1 position in IT development, information systems maintenance, and networks.

Eligibility criteria

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age between 18 and 40 years old as of January 1, 2026, with possible extension up to 45 years for those with valid service years for retirement.
• Hold a technician diploma from vocational training institutions established under Decree No. 2.86.325 of January 9, 1987, or an equivalent recognized diploma as per Decree No. 2.12.90 of April 30, 2012.

Required documents

The application file must include:

• A handwritten request stating full name, address, phone number, and desired specialty.
• A certified copy of the required diploma.
• A certified copy of the national identity card.
• Two stamped envelopes with the candidate's personal address.
• Certificate of registration on the list of persons with disabilities (for disabled candidates).
• Certificate proving status as a resistance fighter, former combatant, or dependant (if applicable).

How to apply

Applications must be submitted in person to the registry of Ait Zineb Commune against a receipt, or sent by registered mail to: Headquarters of Ait Zineb Commune, Caïdat and Circle of Amerzagane, Province of Ouarzazate. The deadline for submission is May 26, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.

Exam date and location

The exam will take place on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Ait Zineb qualifying high school. It includes a written test and an oral interview. The list of admitted candidates and results will be published on the public employment website or the portal of the General Directorate of Local Authorities (www.Collectivités-territoriales.gov.ma) and on the electronic portals of the commune or the province concerned.

Reserved quotas

25% of positions are reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, former combatant, or dependant, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a disability card, in accordance with current regulations.
