Competition Details

The Ministry of Equipment and Water announces a recruitment competition for fifty (50) State Engineers of the 1st grade (scale 11) for the year 2025. This competition aims to select young talents for central and decentralized services in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region.

Required Specialties

• Civil Engineering option roads and structures: 40 positions
• Meteorology: 1 position
• Hydraulics: 2 positions
• Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology: 2 positions
• Hydrogeotechnics: 1 position
• Computer Engineering option IT development: 4 positions

Note: If no valid applications are received in some specialties, vacant posts will be reassigned to waiting list candidates in civil engineering (roads and structures) then computer engineering.

Eligibility Conditions

• Moroccan nationality
• Age: at least 18 and at most 45 as of January 1, 2025
• State Engineer degree from a recognized national school or institute, or an equivalent degree

25% of positions are reserved for resistance members, former military or veterans, and 7% for persons with disabilities.

Competition Tests

• Written test: 3 hours, covering the specialty (may include multiple-choice questions)
• Oral test: 15 to 30 minutes, discussion on various topics to assess suitability for the role

Applications must be submitted exclusively via the public employment portal: depot.emploi-public.ma. Deadline: July 10, 2026 at 4:30 PM. The national ID number (CNE) is required.

Exam Date and Location

The competition will take place on Sunday, July 26, 2026 in Rabat, and possibly in other cities to be determined.
