The National Social Security Fund (CNSS) announces a recruitment competition for the position of Director of the Digital Transformation and Organization Hub, as per decision No. PCH/DDCH/DMRS/N°314/2026. This is a senior leadership role for experienced IT professionals to drive the digital transformation of Morocco's leading social security institution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Hold a State Engineering degree (or recognized equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in information systems, including at least 5 years as a director of IT structures.
• Foreign or private degrees require an equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Higher Education.

Main Responsibilities

• IT Leadership: Lead digital transformation, implement technological watch, ensure system integrity and security, manage IT projects.
• Organization & Management: Support project ownership, manage organizational repositories, monitor performance indicators, drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Strategic vision and strategic alignment of IT.
• IT governance expertise (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 38500).
• Architecture, cloud, data, and AI knowledge.
• Cybersecurity mastery (ISO 27001, NIST).
• Project management (traditional and agile).
• Team management and change management.

Selection Process
