Recruitment Competition: Technician 4th Grade – Settat Commune

The Settat Commune is organizing a recruitment competition for 4 positions of Technician 4th Grade (Scale 8), specialty heavy machinery driving. This competition aims to select skilled professionals to operate and maintain heavy equipment for communal projects.

Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must meet the general conditions of the public service statute, in addition to:

• Holding a diploma or certificate in the required specialty (specialized technician or equivalent).
• Valid driver's license category C or D.
• Maximum age 45, with possible exemption as per regulations.

Application File

The application must include the following documents:

• Handwritten and signed request addressed to the President of Settat Commune.
• Copy of the diploma or certificate.
• Copy of the driver's license.
• Copy of the national identity card.
• Curriculum vitae with a recent photo.
• Two stamped envelopes with full name and address.
• For civil servants: authorization from the employing administration.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted to the Human Resources Department at Settat Commune headquarters no later than May 13, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Examination Process

The competition includes two tests:

• Written test: General subject or multiple-choice questions (QCM) about territorial collectivities (2 hours).
• Oral test: Discussion with the jury on various topics or a practical test in the specialty (15 to 30 minutes).
