Competition Details

The Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills announces a recruitment competition for 3 positions of Technician 4th grade (scale 8) in the specialty of executive secretariat. This is a regular recruitment open to eligible candidates.

Eligibility Conditions

• Moroccan nationality.
• Holder of a technician diploma or equivalent in executive secretariat.
• Must meet the conditions of Article 21 of the General Statute of the Civil Service.

• Copy (front and back) of national ID card.
• Copy (front and back) of diploma.
• Certified copy of diploma or equivalency decision for foreign degrees.
• CV with photo, phone number, and email address.
• Copy of disability card or certificate (if applicable).
• Certificate proving status as a resistance fighter, nation's ward, or former military (if applicable).
• Authorization from the employing administration for civil servants.

Applications must be submitted exclusively through the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma. The deadline for submission is May 15, 2026 at 4:30 PM. Late applications will not be accepted.

Exam Date and Location

The competition will take place on May 24, 2026 at locations to be determined later. Lists of admitted candidates will be published on the ministry's website www.miepeec.gov.ma and on emploi-public.ma. These lists serve as convocation.
