Recruitment Competition: Technician 4th Grade (Scale 8) – Commune of Houara Oulad Raho

The commune of Houara Oulad Raho (province of Guercif) is organizing a recruitment competition for one position of Technician 4th Grade (Scale 8), under regular recruitment, for the year 2026. The position is in the specialty of IT development (computer development).

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age: at least 18 and at most 40 as of January 1, 2026 (extendable to 45 for candidates with prior service).
• Hold a Technician diploma in IT development from a vocational training institution established by decree No. 2.86.325, or an equivalent recognized diploma.

• Copy of the National Identity Card.
• Two stamped envelopes with the candidate's full name and address.
• Copy of the required diploma or equivalence certificate.
• Curriculum Vitae with a photo and address.
• Written authorization from the employing administration (for civil servants).
• Certificate proving status as a resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or veteran (if applicable).
• Copy of the disability card (for persons with disabilities).

How to Apply

Files must be submitted to the registry office of the commune of Houara Oulad Raho or sent by registered mail to the President of the Commune. The deadline for submission is May 20, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Exam Date

The competition will take place on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the At Takadoum Secondary School, Douar Harcha Kambir, Caïdat of Houara Oulad Raho, Province of Guercif.

Examination Structure

The competition consists of a written exam (3 hours, coefficient 3) and an oral or practical exam (15 to 30 minutes, coefficient 2). The written exam covers the specialty. The oral/practical exam assesses the candidate's ability to perform the duties of the position.

The monthly net salary ranges between 4700 and 5400 MAD depending on seniority and family situation.
