Recruitment Competition for a 4th Grade Technician at M'Zouda Commune – Chichaoua Province
The Commune of M'Zouda, part of Chichaoua Province, announces a recruitment competition for a 4th Grade Technician position (scale 8) for the year 2026, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law No. 113.14 on communes, Decree No. 2.11.621 setting conditions and procedures for organizing recruitment competitions for public positions, and other relevant legislative and regulatory texts.

Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must meet the following conditions:
- Moroccan nationality.
- Aged between 18 and 40 years old at most as of January 1, 2026, with possible extension of the upper age limit by a period equal to the period of effective service or that can be validated for retirement, not exceeding 45 years.
- Hold a technician diploma issued by vocational training institutions established under Decree No. 2.86.65 of January 9, 1987, or a recognized equivalent diploma under Decree No. 2.12.90 of April 30, 2012, in one of the required specialties (Civil Engineering, Public Works, Heavy Construction). Certificates of achievement or diplomas not meeting the required level or specialty will not be accepted.
Application Procedure
Applications must be submitted in person to the commune's registry office against a receipt, or sent by registered mail to: Commune de M'Zouda, Caïdat de M'Zouda Zaouia Nahlia, during public administration working hours from the date of publication of this decision until July 3, 2026 (last date for acceptance of applications, based on the postmark). Any incomplete application or submitted after the deadline will be rejected.
The application file must include the following documents:
- A written application specifying the candidate's full name, permanent address, signature, phone number, and email.
- A copy of the technician diploma in the required specialty or an equivalent diploma (according to applicable regulations). For diplomas that do not specify the specialty, a certificate from the relevant university institution clearly indicating the specialty or field must be attached.
- A copy of the national identity card.
- A curriculum vitae with a recent photo.
- An authorization from the employing administration to take the competition (for candidates who are civil servants), under penalty of rejection or removal from the final list of successful candidates.
- A copy of the certificate proving status as a resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or former combatant (if applicable).
- A certificate of registration on the list of persons with disabilities (for persons with disabilities).
- Any document proving the candidate's scientific skills and abilities required for the position, if necessary.
Competition Tests
The competition consists of a written test and an oral or practical test, or both, as follows:
- Written test: A general topic or multiple-choice questions related to the tasks or functions to be filled or to the competencies of territorial communities. Duration: 3 hours. Coefficient: 4. The written test is graded out of 20; any score below 5/20 is eliminatory.
- Oral or practical test: Focuses on various topics and issues to assess the candidate's ability to perform the tasks associated with the grade. Duration: 30 minutes. Coefficient: 3. Only candidates who obtained a score of at least 12/20 in the written test are eligible for this test.
The competition committee will draw up the list of successful candidates within the limit of the number of positions, as well as a waiting list, ranked by merit, from among candidates with an overall average of at least 10/20.
Results Announcement
The list of candidates admitted to take the competition and the results will be published on the public employment website (www.emploi-public.ma) and on the portal of the General Directorate of Territorial Communities (www.collectivites-territoriales.gov.ma), as well as on the websites of the commune and the province, if available. This publication serves as a convocation for candidates.
