Recruitment Competition Technician 4th Grade – Commune of Deroua

The commune of Deroua (province of Berrechid) announces a recruitment competition for the position of technician 4th grade (scale 8) for the year 2026, in accordance with decision No. 2026/02 of the president of the communal council. This competition aims to select 4 candidates to perform technical tasks in the fields of vehicle driving, heavy machinery, and mechanics.

Eligibility Conditions

The competition is open to candidates of Moroccan nationality, aged at least 18 and at most 40 on January 1, 2026, holding a technician diploma issued by a vocational training institution established under Decree No. 2.86.5 of January 9, 1987, or an equivalent diploma. Candidates must enjoy civil rights and be of good character, have the required physical fitness, and not be registered in the central disciplinary register of the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform.

Required Documents

  • Handwritten application addressed to the president of the communal council of Deroua, including full name, address, email, and phone number
  • Copy of the diploma (accompanied by the equivalence decision if applicable)
  • Any document proving the required practical skills and competencies
  • Copy of the national identity card
  • Copy of driving license category D or C
  • Copy of the criminal record or bulletin No. 3
  • Written authorization for civil servants from their employing administration
  • Two stamped envelopes with name and address
  • Curriculum vitae with a recent photograph

Submission of Applications

Applications must be submitted in person to the Department of Administrative Management of Human Resources of the commune of Deroua, or sent by registered mail to the commune of Deroua, during official working hours, from the date of publication of this decision until July 17, 2026, before 4:30 PM. Applications received after the deadline or incomplete will be rejected.

Competition Process

The competition includes a written test and an oral or practical test, or both. The written test lasts three hours with a coefficient of 4, covering a general topic or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the tasks or competencies of territorial collectivities. The oral or practical test lasts between 15 and 45 minutes with a coefficient of 3, aiming to assess the candidate's ability to perform the duties associated with the grade. Only candidates who score at least 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible for the oral or practical test.

Publication of Results

The list of candidates admitted to the competition and the results will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma, the portal of the General Directorate of Territorial Collectivities www.collectivites-territoriales.gov.ma, on the websites of the commune of Deroua and the province of Berrechid, and posted at the commune's headquarters. This publication serves as a summons for the written test.
