Recruitment Competition for a 3rd Grade Technician – Tizoughrane Commune (Tiznit Province)
The Commune of Tizoughrane announces a recruitment competition for a 3rd Grade Technician (Scale 9), specialty “IT Development and Information Systems”, as per Decision No. 11 of June 1, 2026. One position is available.
Eligibility Criteria
- Moroccan nationality.
- At least 18 years old and not exceeding 40 years by January 1, 2026 (max 45 years for candidates with prior service).
- Hold a specialized technician diploma in IT development or information systems from vocational training institutes, or an equivalent recognized diploma.
Required Documents
- Application letter addressed to the President of Tizoughrane Commune.
- Two stamped envelopes with the candidate’s name and address.
- Copy of the diploma or equivalency decision.
- Copy of the national identity card.
- Criminal record certificate.
- Curriculum vitae (CV) with photo, phone number, and email.
- Written authorization from the employer (for civil servants).
- Certificate of disability or status as resistance fighter/former combatant (if applicable).
Application Submission
Applications must be submitted to the registry office of Tizoughrane Commune or sent by mail before August 17, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
Competition Exams
The competition will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Mohamed El Bakkali Middle School, Jemaâ Ida Ousemlal center (Tizoughrane Commune). It consists of:
- Written exam: 4 hours (coefficient 3) – general topic or multiple-choice questions on tasks, functions, and competencies of territorial communities.
- Oral or practical exam: 15 to 45 minutes (coefficient 3) – discussion or practical test in the specialty.
Candidates must score at least 10/20 on the written exam to qualify for the oral. The final average must be at least 10/20 to succeed.
Results Announcement
The list of eligible candidates and final results will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma and the Directorate General of Territorial Communities website www.collectivites-territoriales.gov.ma. This publication serves as an official summons.
