Recruitment Competition for Technician 3rd Grade (Scale 9) at Mzouda Commune
The Council of Mzouda Commune, Province of Chichaoua, is pleased to announce a recruitment competition for the position of Technician 3rd Grade (Scale 9) for the year 2026. This competition aims to strengthen the commune's technical capacities in information technology and networks.
Competition Details
- Grade: Technician 3rd Grade (Scale 9).
- Number of Positions: 2 positions.
- Required Specialties: Computer development, information systems, computer networks.
- Exam Date: July 19, 2026.

Eligibility Conditions
Candidates must meet the following conditions:
- Moroccan nationality.
- Aged at least 18 and at most 40 as of January 1 of the current year, with possible extension to 45 years for those with valid or pension-eligible service.
- Hold a specialized technician diploma in one of the required specialties (computer development, information systems, networks) issued by a vocational training institution established under Decree No. 2.86.325 of January 9, 1987, or an equivalent diploma recognized under Decree No. 2.12.90 of April 30, 2012. No diploma or certificate of a different level or specialty will be accepted.
How to Apply
Applications must be submitted in person at the registry of Mzouda Commune against a receipt, or sent by registered mail to: Commune de Mzouda, Caïdat de Mzouda, Zaouia Nahla. Files must be submitted during administrative working hours from the date of publication of this decision until July 3, 2026 (last date for receiving applications). The postmark date is considered. Any incomplete or late application will be rejected.

- Copy of the specialized technician diploma in the required specialty or equivalent diploma.
- Copy of national identity card.
- Recent CV with photo.
- Authorization from the employing administration for civil servants.
- Certificate proving status as a resistance fighter, ward of the nation, or former military (if applicable).
- Certificate of registration on the list of persons with disabilities (if applicable).
- Any document proving the candidate's scientific skills and abilities required for the job.
Exam Structure
The competition consists of two tests:
- Written exam: A general topic or multiple-choice questions related to the tasks or functions to be filled or to the competencies of territorial collectivities. Duration: 3 hours, coefficient 4. A score below 12/20 is eliminatory.
- Oral or practical exam: Focused on various topics and issues to assess the candidate's ability to perform the tasks associated with the grade. Duration: 30 minutes, coefficient 3.
Successful candidates are ranked within the limit of the number of positions, provided they obtain an average of at least 10/20.
Quota
25% of positions are reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, or former military, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.
Results Announcement
The list of candidates admitted to the competition and the results will be published on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma) and on the portal of the General Directorate of Territorial Collectivities (www.collectivites-territoriales.gov.ma). They will also be published on the websites of the commune and the prefecture or province. This publication serves as an invitation.
