The Commune of Ait Zineb, under the province of Ouarzazate, Amerzagane circle, announces a recruitment competition for a Technician 3rd grade (scale 9) for the year 2026. This competition aims to fill one position in the specialty of Civil Engineering, Major Works, and Urbanism, in accordance with the communal decision No. 18 of April 27, 2026.

Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality
• Enjoyment of civil rights
• Physical and mental fitness for public service
• Age: at least 18 years and at most 40 years on January 1 of the current year (the upper age limit may be extended by a period equal to the duration of valid or validated services for retirement, not exceeding 5 years)
• Hold a technician diploma from vocational training institutions (established by Decree No. 2.86.325 of January 9, 1987) or an equivalent diploma recognized under Decree No. 2.12.90 of April 30, 2012.

• Handwritten application addressed to the President of the Communal Council of Ait Zineb
• Certified copy of the technician diploma or equivalent
• Copy of the national identity card
• Medical certificate of physical and mental fitness
• Curriculum vitae (CV)
• Two stamped envelopes with the applicant's personal address
• Documents proving status as a resistance member, former military, national ward, or disabled person (if applicable)

Applications must be submitted in person to the commune's registry office against a receipt, or sent by registered mail to the following address: Headquarters of the Commune of Ait Zineb, Caïdat and Circle of Amerzagane, Province of Ouarzazate. The list of candidates accepted to take the competition, as well as the final results, will be published on the public employment website (www.emploi-public.ma) and on the portal of the General Directorate of Territorial Communities (www.collectivites-territoriales.gov.ma). They may also be published on the commune's or prefecture's website if available. This publication serves as a summons for candidates.

Additional Information

25% of the positions are reserved for persons with the status of resistance member, national ward, or former military, and 7% for disabled persons holding a disability card issued under Article 8 of Decree No. 2.97.218 of September 19, 1997. Candidates belonging to these categories are encouraged to apply with supporting documents.
