Recruitment Competition: State Engineer 1st Grade (Scale 11) - Settat Province

The Ministry of Interior – Province of Settat – announces a competition to recruit one State Engineer 1st Grade (Scale 11) in the specialty of Geomatic Engineering. This position aims to strengthen the province’s technical capacities in geographic information systems and mapping.

Eligibility Requirements

The competition is open to Moroccan nationals holding a State Engineering degree in the required specialty (or an equivalent recognized diploma), and at least 18 years old. A quota of 25% of positions is reserved for resistance members, former military, and veterans, and 7% for persons with disabilities (holding a disability card).

Competition Components

• Written test: A general topic or multiple-choice questions (QCM) about the duties and functions of the position, the specialty, or the Ministry of Interior’s missions. Duration: 3 hours.
• Oral test: A discussion on the specialty to assess the candidate’s ability to perform the required tasks. Only candidates with a score of at least 12/20 on the written test are eligible for the oral test.

Applications must be submitted exclusively via the public employment portal: https://depot.emploi-public.ma/, from May 15, 2026 to May 30, 2026 at 4:30 PM. The application must include a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national ID card, and a curriculum vitae.

Important Notes

• For foreign diplomas or those from private institutions, an equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin must be attached.
• Civil servant candidates must provide authorization from their administration (human resources department).
• Candidates holding the status of resistance member, former military, or veteran must submit their applications through the relevant administrations, in addition to online registration.
• Applicants with disabilities must provide a certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration, and Family.
• Lists of admitted candidates will be published on the emploi-public.ma portal, which serves as a convocation.

Exam Date

The written test will take place on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences in Settat, or at other locations if needed.
