Recruitment Competition: State Engineer 1st Grade – Ministry of Interior – Province of Settat

The Ministry of Interior – Province of Settat is organizing a recruitment competition for 2 positions of State Engineer 1st Grade (scale 11) in the specialty of Full Stack Engineer. This competition aims to select qualified professionals to strengthen the provincial administration's technical capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Hold a State Engineer diploma or an equivalent recognized degree in the required specialty (Full Stack) from an accredited school or institute.
• Maximum age of 45 years at the date of the competition, with exceptions for persons with disabilities or resistance fighters.

Required Specialties

In addition to Full Stack, the competition covers other specialties such as Cybersecurity, Computer Systems and Networks Engineering, Civil Engineering, Operational Research and Decision Support, Data Science, and Geographic Information Systems. However, the position concerned here is Full Stack Engineer.

Application Process

Applications must be submitted exclusively via the public employment portal at https://depot.emploi-public.ma/ from May 15, 2026 to May 30, 2026 at 4:30 PM. The application must include a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national ID card, and a CV.

Exam Date

The written exam will take place on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences in Settat, or at other locations to be determined later. It consists of a general topic or multiple-choice questions (QCM) lasting 3 hours. Candidates who score at least 12/20 on the written test will be eligible for the oral interview.

Quota Allocation

25% of positions are reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or veteran, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a "Makhdoumin" card.
