Eligibility Criteria

The competition is open to Moroccan nationals holding a State Engineer diploma in one of the required specialties or an equivalent recognized diploma. Candidates must also meet the age and moral fitness conditions stipulated by the general civil service statute.

How to Apply

Competition Exams

• Written Exam: A general topic or multiple-choice questionnaire (QCM) lasting 3 hours, covering the missions, functions, or specialties of the Ministry of Interior.
• Oral Exam: An interview focused on the candidate's specialty to assess their ability to perform the duties associated with the grade.

Only candidates scoring at least 12/20 on the written exam will be invited to the oral exam.

• For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, an equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette is required.
• Civil servants must provide authorization from their employing administration.
• 25% of positions are reserved for resistance members, former military personnel, and veterans, and 7% for persons with disabilities.
