Competition Details

The National Agency for the Regulation of Cannabis-Related Activities (ANRAC) announces a recruitment competition for a Senior Officer in Audit and Management Control or equivalent. The position is based at the agency's headquarters in Rabat.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 45 years on the date of the competition.
• Hold a State Engineer Diploma, Master, Specialized Master, DESA, DESS, or an equivalent degree in Audit and Management Control or a related field.
• Have at least 4 years of professional experience in the field.

Examination Process

The competition includes a written exam and an oral interview:

• Written exam: covering the required specialties or the tasks/functions of the position, lasting 3 hours.
• Oral interview: a discussion with the jury on various topics to assess the candidate's ability, lasting 15 to 30 minutes.

Application File

The application file must include:

• A handwritten application addressed to the Director General of ANRAC, specifying the specialty.
• A CV with a photo, qualifications, professional background, phone number, and email address.
• A copy of the required diploma.
• A copy of the National Identity Card.
• An equivalence certificate for diplomas from private or foreign institutions.
• Documents proving professional experience (work certificates, and for the private sector, CNSS salary declaration).

Submission of Applications

Applications must be submitted to the registry office at 59 rue Melouiya, Agdal, Rabat, or sent by registered mail to the same address, no later than May 26, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Competition Date

The competition will take place on June 14, 2026. The location for the written exam will be announced later. Lists of invited candidates will be published on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma) and will serve as convocation.
