Eligibility Conditions

• Moroccan nationality.
• Maximum age: 45 years (exceptions possible for exceptional expertise).
• No prior indemnification for voluntary departure from a public administration or public body (unless reimbursement).
• No criminal conviction leading to a degrading or infamous penalty.

Required Profile

• Degree from a top business school in Management Control, Audit, or Finance (BAC+5).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the industrial sector.
• Experience in operational performance evaluation and strategic recommendations.
• Strong accounting and financial knowledge: general, budgetary, and analytical accounting, standards.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and management control tools.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective strategies.
• Strong analytical and judgment skills.
• Mastery of reporting tools, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of risk management.
• Familiarity with budgetary, accounting, and tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Rigor, organization, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure.

Main Responsibilities

• Understand strategic orientations and translate them into action plans.
• Develop business plans, budgets, and forecasts for various projects.
• Prepare the budget package (framework note, budget calendar, templates).
• Participate in the preparation of the three-year business plan and annual budget.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and implement risk control actions.
• Define and implement relevant financial performance indicators.
• Design and update financial dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
• Establish action plans using the Balanced Scorecard.
• Conduct all analyses requested by management.
• Comply with Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (QHSSE) requirements.
