Eligibility Conditions
- Moroccan nationality.
- Maximum age: 45 years (exceptions possible for exceptional expertise).

Required Profile
- Degree from a top business school in Management Control, Audit, or Finance (BAC+5).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the industrial sector.
- Experience in operational performance evaluation and strategic recommendations.
- Strong accounting and financial knowledge: general, budgetary, and analytical accounting, standards.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and management control tools.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective strategies.
- Strong analytical and judgment skills.
- Mastery of reporting tools, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Knowledge of risk management.
- Familiarity with budgetary, accounting, and tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Rigor, organization, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure.
Main Responsibilities
- Understand strategic orientations and translate them into action plans.
- Develop business plans, budgets, and forecasts for various projects.
- Prepare the budget package (framework note, budget calendar, templates).
- Participate in the preparation of the three-year business plan and annual budget.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and implement risk control actions.
- Define and implement relevant financial performance indicators.
- Design and update financial dashboards for performance monitoring.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
- Establish action plans using the Balanced Scorecard.
- Conduct all analyses requested by management.
- Comply with Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (QHSSE) requirements.
